Bridezillllllla, [part two].

like i promised, josephine is back! along with two of her bridesmaids. i definately have to say that our 2nd trial was a huge success. i was assigned 3 different hairstyles, so josephine can make her last & final decision.

when it’s a pacquiao fight, it’s a filipino holday. coincidently, it was also mine & jays anniversary, & our cousins’ birthday. there was plenty of food; lovely faces from family & friends. lots of shit to celebrate! we definately made cheers to the night we wont remember & raised our bleezies in the air. btw, who watched the fight? clottey defensive ass hella sucked. all rounds, just blocking. then wait till the 12th to start swinging? smfh. im sure after seeing what pacman did to cotto, he hella didnt wanna KO or get his face fucked up. gay fight, but im glad my nigga pacquiao won. still, one of the greatest.

..now a real fight id like to see, is against pretty boy floyd MAYWEATHER.

one night, or should i say morning? i was up till 4am blogging, when i had to wake up at 5:45am for work (yikes, i know.. but believe me, i made sure i dranked at least 2 cups of coffee to survive my day). mtv am must’ve played this video 4 times! not only does the radio have “nothin’ on you” on constant replay for the air waves, but my boyfriend sings this to me every chance its on. he says every word IS true :] although at first, i judged b.o.b for soundin’ like my nigga wale.. i couldn’t hate. this song is hella sweet, & it definitely wins me over even more when i hear those words come out from jay. i literally cheese dumbass hard & become giddy like a little chinese school girl, every single fuckn time. ‘hands down there will never be another one.’

knocked out another request. acid washed denim! from one of my followers @athegrreat, blogger of chicken under my nails & female sneaker feinds. at first i thought, 'oh cool, acid wash' simply because i love that throwback & so far, i haven't seen any nails like that. but let me tell you, i was pretty stumped on ideas after i splattered the 'acid washed denim' on my nails. i mustve unpolished my shit a few times, constanly changing my mind on designs. at first i thought about jeans; started painting stitching, pockets, zippers etc. & that wasn't cuttin' it for me.. then i thought about hellz acid washed denim jacket they created a few collections back. but i didnt want this weeks theme to be hellz nails cause.. WAIT ill save that for later.



i used DIY bedazzled/embelished denim jackets for my inspiration. since i was hella undecided beforehand, i had no thumbnail sketches & basically free handed this shit. what do yall think? imma have to consider these bad ones SWAGGERIFIC.

oh, that new hellz bellz spring line? i think misslawn took the thoughts right out our minds when she called it "obsessed with you." cuz daaaaamn, boss lady, the staff, & their model xian foreal KILLED IT. & yes, i know i always say that when a new hellz line drops but seriously, they did. i dont know if its misslawns designs that got me sold or the amazing portfolio that xian gave for their look book. but tell me this isnt the best model hellz has featured, thus far!? i never go to the extreme, but i was so impressed that i had to tweet xian & tell her myself what an amazing job she did. & as a fan, i think she should know that i truly felt her HB swagg.

last weekend, my grandma had asked me to help her take out her hair cause she was finna get a new weave the next day. for years, she always rocked innerlocks and i coulda swore thas the process i was bout to do, but boy.. did she fool me. her shit was a full weave, sewn into a netted cap! everyone always gets to see the results of a fresh new weave, so i thought it would be interesting to share the process of gettin UNbeweaveable.

as an artist myself, im a big fan of all arts in general. from spoken word, dance, graffiti, cosmetology, music, fashion, photography, you name it! anything that allows the human being to express themselves creatively, i love & i support it 100%. art is beautiful. to ever wonder what inspires that artist to do what they love & to put it out there to share with the world.. the time put in, the passion that it takes, the heart of the hustle they use to pursue their craft. it truly amazes me. im that one fan who sits back in deep thought & i appreciates it all.

with that said, i appreciate fafi. theses fafinette vixens are internationally spotted around the globe. theyre notorious for their rebel boss bitch swagger, "innocent" childlike features, & body so baaangin, itll wanna put kim kardashian's ass in check. i also love how each fafi plays a role for every girl in every race! whats there not to love when fafi is a little bit of everything?
